Anime Star Eyes is the anime selfie tool at animeselfie.com. It turns one adult selfie into a mixed photo-and-anime portrait: an illustrated eye sits inside a star or heart cutout, with small stickers of an original character inspired by your photo. The Manga style gives the composition a black-and-white ink and screentone finish.
We make this particular photo effect easy to create in your browser. Choose a look, upload a selfie you have permission to use, and download the finished image for a profile picture, story, or phone wallpaper.
Three ways to show your anime side

The character is inspired by the adult in your photo rather than a named anime character. Star and heart styles aim to keep the surrounding portrait photographic. AI can change facial details, clothes, backgrounds, and sticker placement, so review the complete image before sharing it.
What you need and what you get
- One clear adult selfie. Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP file up to 10 MB. Keep at least one eye visible and leave a little room around your head and shoulders.
- An account with enough credits. Each generated photo uses 3 credits. Choose a subscription or a one-time credit pack on the pricing page.
- A 2K vertical download. Results are approximately 9:16, with no watermark added by this service. Completed images are available in My photos.
- Credit returns for failed photos. If generation fails or a result is blocked by safety checks, the reserved credits are returned.
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. Upload only a portrait you own or have permission to edit. Group portraits, children, and public figures are not supported.
Private photo history
Your uploads and results are available through your signed-in account. We do not post them to a public gallery. Generating a photo uses image-processing and safety providers, so your image is processed beyond your device. The Privacy Policy explains the providers, retention, and deletion options.
