Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases at animeselfie.com and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Refunds for unused purchases

If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge. For a subscription, this applies to the most recent subscription charge. We also refund duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors.

Purchases with credits already used, expired credits and partially used subscription periods are generally not refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Your statutory refund and withdrawal rights take priority over this policy.

How to request a refund

Email contact@animeselfie.com from your account email address, or open a support ticket. Include the order reference, charge date, amount and a short explanation. Never send your full card number, password or bank credentials.

We will check the purchase and reply to your account email. Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on that provider and your bank. If the receipt identifies a merchant of record, that merchant may process the refund under its own transaction terms and applicable law.

When a payment is refunded or reversed, its remaining credits are removed. Returning credits to your account is different from refunding a payment.

Failed or blocked photos

If a photo cannot be created, or its result is blocked by the safety check, the credits reserved for that photo are returned automatically. AI results vary; differences in appearance alone do not make a completed photo a failed request. If a request remains stuck or your credits were not returned, contact us with the photo or request reference.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel from the billing area of your account to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; access and that period's credits remain available until then. Cancelling does not itself request a refund. One-time credit packs do not renew.
